Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful clinic. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments and other modalities to your patient's needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in various massage styles, a fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be responsible, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well in a medical team.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques to help injured patients regain and maintain a better quality of life after a work-related accident
- Perform modalities such as ultrasound & EMS combo, Vasopneumatic device, mechanical traction, and paraffin bath for specific areas following doctor's orders
- Educate patients on the services offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
- Maintain accurate records of each session, SOAP notes
- Build relationships with patients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
Qualifications
- Hold current state license to practice massage therapy
- Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, and Trigger-point, among other massage modalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Strongly service-oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with patients in a one-on-one setting
- High level of ethics and integrity.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
